He never made me feel like a customer but more of a friend and never pressured any part of the sale Neri's crew did a great job. They worked hard and long and very nice people. Brandon Kline the Senior Install Manager was very polite and came here a few times to ask me if I had questions about what was happening to the roof. He was very polite and answered all my questions as they were working on my roof. He made me more confident about the job I was looking at and spoke to me as a person not a customer. The crew that came were really professional and friendly. After seeing the job finished it is beautiful and now I feel confident when a storm or snow comes I feel safe and have no worries. Thank You all for each part you all played in helping my home feel safer and did a beautiful job.

It dragged on for six hours. Afterward, I was given a quote and told the price was only valid if I signed that day. I was also promised that the price would not change—no matter what. I felt the price was fair and everyone was in the same page. I signed the contract and paid the 10% deposit, trusting that assurance. Two days later, Mr. Rosa showed up again, claiming he made a mistake in the schematics and that the cost would now increase. That’s not a small oversight—that’s deceitful sales pressure dressed up as professionalism. This is exactly how companies push homeowners into signing under duress: drag the process out, build false urgency, then move the goalposts. It’s manipulative, and it reflects a lack of honesty and integrity from the top down. I’ve since canceled the contract and will work with a company that values transparency and accountability.
