The overall lack of transparency and professionalism made this project far more stressful than it should have been. I would not recommend Home Genius Exteriors to anyone looking for honest communication and dependable service.

They cleaned up their mess and got our roof installed. We did keep an eye on the progress and there were a few issues and we stayed on them and got them all resolved. We had mold in our attic and wanted all the wood removed from the roof, so it cost extra for that. It was more for peace of mind. They did a great job and we are glad we went with them!

I was very well informed about what I needed to be done on my roof and all of the things that were going bad causing the roof and wooden beams to be deteriorating. The second team that replaced my gutters did just as professional work as the roofers did, they listened to what I told them was causing problems and they fixed all that was wrong. I am very pleased with the job and the clean up, It was all done right to my satisfaction.

Brian demonstrated genuine integrity from the moment he arrived. He was patient, personable, and extremely thorough in explaining materials, options, and the full process. His attention to detail and willingness to answer every question—without pressure—really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing right by the customer. Based on our experience, it’s no surprise this company has strong reviews. Brian certainly reflects a culture of honesty and quality within Home Genius Exteriors. Soon after Brian left our home the Sales Manager Corey Kent called to see if there were any further questions and we scheduled the job for the upcoming week. We will post a follow-up review after the roof is installed next week (weather permitting), but so far our experience with Brian and Home Genius Exteriors has been excellent. Note it comes with a 50 year warranty. Next day: Cancelled the order as we are debating color and are considering going further and replacing the decking on the roof. Currently were putting in an entire laminate floor and full house painting 3 weeks b4 Christmas. The takeaway is the process was not met with pressure rather staff was helpful and we plan to continue the roof after the holidays and its nice to work with the people at Home Genius Exteriors.
