  So, I ordered just under $10,000 worth of flooring for a commercial space. After waiting for the installers for 40 minutes for a 9:00 AM appointment, a salesman showed up to take over waiting duties. They were there until 7:30 at night. They did not bring all the materials needed to finish the job, so they were scheduled to come back the following day at 5:00 pm. I waited 40 minutes, no call, just no-show! It was re-scheduled for the next day in the AM. A young man showed and I started looking at the work in the daylight while he finished up. They had damaged the fresh paint in many locations. This was not roll carpeting, it was squares. I have been a property manager for well over 30 years, they had to work at messing up the walls this much. It was bad enough that we had to get out the paint and roller and redo the bottom foot on several walls. I saw no need for the damage, it was just blatant disregard for the work and time of others. They are consistent on this. Save yourself a bunch of headache, and find another vendor, I did. R Fogle

  Jake the warehouse supervisor is super at coordinating my orders properly, and others have spoken very highly about his efficiency. Not sure if I would still use this wholesale location if not for Jake’s professionalism, and his ability to take care of an issue promptly.

  Not willing do even do the job because tile and carpet weren’t level enough. Too much work for them to do.
