  My wife surprised me and had the key pad replaced. The repair man was there for 10 minutes and gave her a $300 bill. SUPRISE! The key pad is $20 on Amazon. Its wireless and only requires programming and two screws. Three if you count the screwing I got. We had used them for 20 years and will never use them again.

  Had a scheduled time to fix a spring in my garage door. Purposely waited four days because that was as soon as they could get to me. Said it would be between 12-5pm on Wednesday. I had to take a half day off of work to accommodate their availability. 5pm comes and goes and no one showed up. Called their number and spoke to dispatch, told them the situation and they said they’d immediately call someone and they’d reach out to let me know what the issue was. That was now almost 24 hours ago. No one has called. No one has texted. No one has emailed. Extremely disappointed considering it’s 10° outside and snowing; and I can’t get my vehicle in my garage. And haven’t for five days now. I could have used other companies sooner, but purposely waited for Action from a prior good job. Not showing up for a scheduled job is one thing; but then not even having the courtesy to call to explain themselves? That’s just bad, bad business. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. EDIT: Respectfully, I 100% did not call to cancel. And that still doesn't explain why after multiple calls to a live operator who was running dispatch, I never got a call back explaining what happened. The next time I heard from you guys, was when I physically called your office on Monday morning. The original work was scheduled to be done on Wednesday. We eventually got the work done, and it was a quality job at a good price. I just wish the communication was better. It's 2026. Not getting a call back, or email, or text, or *something*, is not acceptable.

  I second the extremely high price review by Mr Gentile below. Had them come out and do minor adjustments, took less than 30 minutes at cost of $425.
