  We definitely recommend Lucky Heating & Cooling! Very professional & courteous! I contacted him on a Sunday regarding a hot water tank replacement & he responded that same afternoon setting an appointment for Monday. He came to our home to replace the tank, but the main shut off valve needed to be replaced before he could do the tank; unfortunately, that had to wait until the next day. Lucky handled everything from contacting the city 1st thing Tuesday morning to shut off our water, to making necessary repairs, replacing the tank, contacting the city again to turn our water back on & there was no mess left behind (he cleaned up everything).

Lucky and his family have been a huge part of keeping our tenants safe and comfortable.   The gentlemen that work here are AMAZING. Not just the owner, Lucky, but there is 1 gentlemen in particular, Mark Dansby, that has went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was installed correctly and safely. He worked here on my furnace from morning to night to install my furnace, by himself. Not 1 time did he complain or anything and no matter what issue he came across, he explained everything to me and Always had a smile on his face. After he got it done, a few days later it started acting up and not heating correctly and making noises, so I contacted them and they came back out to try and fix the issue. They even went as far as having to contact the manufacturer of the furnace because of the issues it was having and it being brand new. After almost a month of having to come back and forth, and trying to make sure my home stayed warm, Mark was back out today, with the help of Trey and they replaced the furnace they just put in with another brand and my heat is now working very nicely. From the beginning Mark had said that he stood by his company and would do whatever was needed to make sure I had heat and he did just that. I am very, very pleased with the owner Lucky, his son Trey and of course Mark for the countless amount of time, effort and everything that they put into making sure my home was heated properly and safely. They are an Amazing group of men and that is an Amazing company. If you ever need furnace replacement or maintenance and any other furnace need don't wait, and call Lucky's Heating & Cooling, they will provide the best service and make sure you are up and running properly. Thank you guys sooooo much for everything you have done to make sure everything was done and done right. ❤️
