  My wife and I needed new floors in our living room, dining room and bedrooms. We went to Smitty’s and he met with us personally and was very kind and extremely helpful. Michael really is an expert when it comes to flooring. He came to our house personally measured our rooms and then helped us pick out the right flooring for our floors. The installation was done very quickly and very professionally. Dennis and Nick did an outstanding job! We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Thank you Michael for all of your help.   I just went to get quotes and ask some basic questions. I was looking to get around 1100sqft of floating floors and 550sqft of high quality carpet. Im assuming it was the owner that was sitting up on his perch near the back of the store. I had tried to ask him a couple of questions and i was completely ignored with no response of any kind. Couldn't even get a recommendation on anything in the store. I was prepared to spend a ton of money on flooring for the house i just bought. I took my money right out that door with me. Horrible customer service. Do NOT go here and i hate saying this cause i love to support local businesses. Oh and their dog pooped on the carpet samples they have littered all over the place so if you do decide to deal with this watch where you walk.
