  Jay and partner were very professional, did a terrific job of stretching a large room of carpet and left everything in the exact condition as it was before they started, except for the carpet, which now has no wrinkles. Would highly recommend.

  Terrible with following up if there is an issue with their products. My grandmother got a floating laminate/wood floor a few months ago. Probably not the best choice for a kitchen floor with the posibilities of water demage. The floor was installed over preexisting linoleum. When water gets on the floor it just sits in between the two floors. The floor also seperated under where one of the the kitchen chairs rested. That problem showed up a week after the install. She called him twice to come back and no response. Then she had a small leak under her refrigerater that warped a 5x5 section and called him back to repair that issue. She understood that the leak was her fault and is willing to pay to have that part fixed, but then again nothing. She called a total of 5 different times and no response. So my mother called to get his attention and he asked her who she was, how far she lives and some other odd ball questions. Which got kind of wierd. But yep, again he decided to avoid the situation. The floor looked beautiful when installed, well at least for the first week. Dont expect a response if an issue comes up, even though someone who is willing to pay money just to have him respond and help.
