  Jeff came out last week repaired a broken spring at my residence and got my door back going for me in no time then went and gave me an estimate at my commercial building where our shop is at gave me a fair estimate they had to order a part in because what I needed was a specific part not a standard repair so understood that it would not have been in stock the part arrived last night and he was at my building at 8 o’clock in the morning doing the repair cleaned up his mess behind him and was very friendly even showed me how to operate and reprogram the device will definitely always use them. Thanks, Jeff.

  I was surprised at how fast I was able to have my garage door serviced! I was referred to Oakes Doors by Clopay, the manufacturer of our garage door. Technician was kind and FAST as he serviced the door and changed out all the garage door trim and the bottom garage door seal also. I was surprised at the low price, especially when compared to previous quotes! Oakes Doors has my business for life!

  My older garage door wouldn't open. I called Oakes. Within 45 minutes, a repair man was on the way. Jeff got the door open, replaced the broken cables & rollers, re-attached & secured all the brackets, replaced the spring, fixed the railings on both sides & the door is in like new condition. The quality of his work was impressive. The price was very reasonable. The honesty, professionalism, promptness & excellent communication throughout, was admirable. I've been in business for 45 years & this type of customer service is (unfortunately) extremely rare these days. This is the first time I've used Oakes Door Service, and they are now my "Go To" door company.

  I would give it a zero star if I could call, both cars stuck in the garage garage door won’t open cables broke called oaks got an I don’t care attitude said it would be four days they offer 24 emergency service but they don’t do it
