  My older garage door wouldn't open. I called Oakes. Within 45 minutes, a repair man was on the way. Jeff got the door open, replaced the broken cables & rollers, re-attached & secured all the brackets, replaced the spring, fixed the railings on both sides & the door is in like new condition. The quality of his work was impressive. The price was very reasonable. The honesty, professionalism, promptness & excellent communication throughout, was admirable. I've been in business for 45 years & this type of customer service is (unfortunately) extremely rare these days. This is the first time I've used Oakes Door Service, and they are now my "Go To" door company.

  I would give it a zero star if I could call, both cars stuck in the garage garage door won’t open cables broke called oaks got an I don’t care attitude said it would be four days they offer 24 emergency service but they don’t do it

  Bought a house that a garage door was recently installed. The cable had come off the drum and the door was sliding down at an angle after a week of moving in. I called the emergency line on a Saturday. They came right out tightened up the drop straightened out the rail. Took 10 min tops. Great service
