Despite a few unexpected challenges during the job, Gaelon stayed positive and kept us informed every step of the way. In 2022, the original boiler burnt up 24 hours before a major winter storm was approaching. B&E worked long hours to get everything replaced and up and running just as the storm was starting. Recently I had an issue that I thought was a bad circulating pump. B&E responded immediately, performed inspections and discovered a blown fuse on the control board. They replaced the fuse, made some adjustments to the pumps, and helped me setup new thermostats that I had purchased. They are the best. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, quick response time, and very fair pricing. Highest rating!!
