We weren’t charged extra for next day service and only paid the service fee for a filter cleaning to get hot water again. We are so impressed that we’re going to have them address several other plumbing issues. Unlike some companies I’ve dealt with in the past, they didn’t take advantage of a bad situation. Wonderful all around.

The company stopped responding put me in a really bad position with children in my home with cold Weather outside. It became an emergency situation that I needed hot water. This company listened to exactly what I asked for, pulled the permit Through Springboro for me documented everything along the way, There was $160 fee added fee that I had to pay due to the emergency that was not previously discussed because of the manufacture were having car trouble that I had to pay for that I did Not fully understand how that was my responsibility but other than that this company was absolutely wonderful the employee that came was very polite explained everything along the way, Documented everything , Let me know all extra fees ahead of time before work was performed. Overall this was an amazing company especially in an emergency situation. Not very many companies actually listen to you or have empathy for what you’re going through. The lady got my warranty to go through after I was already told that the warranty didn’t transfer…. Seriously if you’re looking for honesty, integrity in a good company… this would be a great choice.
