  Appointment was made to get an estimate for a new condenser for air conditioning. Technician claimed heat exchanger would need to be inspected. Then I was charged $50.23 which I reluctantly paid. Then another technician was coming back today to do that estimate. I was 15 minutes late for an 11:00 appointment and he didn’t stick around . He would not work with my contractor who was here. I expect to be reimbursed

  Sal from PK Wadsworth came out and fixed the dent that daugherty construction put in it and denied thy did on my central air unit thank you so much Sal but I don't have pictures because the dent is still in it from daugherty Mathew came out today I give him 10 stars if possible he was very understanding of my central air needs also for my daughter due to her illness thank you again

  Finally getting to a review after a few experiences and services. Latest one was heating technician Mike M coming out for furnace maintenance. Everyone who's worked on my home from PK has been knowledgeable, helpful, and there hasn't been a whiff of overselling services. Scheduling can be a bit frustrating depending on the service -- seems like they have limited staff at the moment for some specialties which limits availability -- but the quality service keeps them at 5 stars in my mind. Aside from a few availability limitations, the scheduling process is super easy and all the schedulers have been very pleasant and efficient!

  We had a great experience with our AC and furnace tune-up today. Ethan was our service technician, and he was excellent.. he called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, and was very professional. He did a thorough job, clearly explained everything he found, and even took pictures so we could see what he was talking about. We also appreciated the $69 new customer deal!

  I had an excellent experience with PK Wadsworth Heating and Cooling company. They provide outstanding maintenance service for both AC and heating systems. Their team is honest, professional, and always responsive whenever I’ve called. What I appreciate most is that they recommend the right parts and solutions without trying to oversell—something that really builds trust. You can tell they truly care about doing the job correctly and keeping their customers satisfied. I also want to highlight Ethan Milko one of their technicians, who is truly one of the best. He is polite, responsible, and very professional. He has even worked in my home while I wasn’t there, and I felt completely comfortable and confident trusting him. That level of reliability is hard to find. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional AC and heating maintenance. In my opinion, they are simply the best!
