- CFCathy farinacci2 days ago1.0Called customer service for a transmitter replacement. Service person very nice on phone. He informed me although the transmitter is under warranty, I need a service call for 205.00 for first hour and 55.00 e every 30 minutes after that. Than I can get a new one. The is clearly a piece missing that we can see.

He also helped ensure I received the emailed receipt I had an issue initially locating. Thanks again for keeping our pups safe
