I hope I have the pleasure of having him as a tech once the AC is installed for the preventative maintenance as well. The service that he performed was not listed so I selected AC maintenance, but he actually did preventative maintenance for the HVAC furnace and he was very knowledgeable of his job. He was also very patient when I ask questions. He also reminded me to replace my filters.

Last week we had our first annual maintenance service as part of that plan for our boiler system. They were great again. The technician Derek was very friendly and helpful, not only doing great work to maintain our system but also explaining everything he did, answering all of my questions, and just further educating me on how the boiler system works (we moved in this summer and this is our first house with a boiler for heat, so that was very much appreciated). He then came back two days later to replace valves on some of the radiators that were not functioning properly. Would definitely recommend PK Wadsworth to anyone in the area, we’ve had a great experience with them so far.
- RRRodneyDec 24, 20255.0Ben came out to flush my water heater and did a great job. He showed up on time, looked everything over first, and explained what he was doing as he went. There was only a little buildup in the tank, but he still walked me through what he was seeing and how to keep it from getting worse. He checked everything over and made sure there were no leaks, and gave me some simple tips on how often to flush it and what to watch for. The price was reasonable, no surprise add-ons, and he cleaned up before he left. I’d definitely call Ben / P.K. Wadsworth for any future plumbing needs.
