- JYJodi YostJun 26, 20241.0GE BAKER installed public water lines in 2022 Norton, Oh that ran through residents properties. Since these lines were run my yard had been flooding, spouting was back flowing, and had water in my basement. My family has owned this home since 1972 and never had these issues in the past. I had to hire a contractor to dig up my yard to remedy the issue. In the process he saw where the drains from the house were cut and the storm drains that should be running parallel to the road were gone. I left a message at GE BAKER and never heard from them. Their dishonesty cost me $6000.
