  My entire experience with Patio Enclosures/Great Day from the very first phone call to the completion of the room has been exceptional. Ben was very professional, knowledgeable and customer service friendly. Heather was and is a gem . She had been very patient with working with me through getting approval from my HOA. She is very knowledgeable about the company and the company's products. She is very customer service friendly as well as a get it done kind of person. I truly enjoyed working with everyone involved in my room including the installers, seems like a great place to work. Thank you all so very much.

  We had Ben as a sales representative, who came we had the design approved for sunroom . We made sure with him that they build it in a way that we can get heating and A/C installed-split one He said they will make sure they build it accordingly. Now we got A/C guy and they said they can’t do with the way it’s built. Have been trying to reach them, they say Ben will call back, never got a call back. Tired of calling. We had to call many times to remind about parts they forgot to install, to fix leaking when it rained. Very poor service . Regret investing 26k. Ben never contacted after signing up the contract with him.

  Patio enclosures was at my home today installing a glass wall perfect everything was on time everything fit they're very very meticulous it was like five workers plus we also need to consider the help that we got from Heather at the corporate office she did an outstanding job keeping us posted in terms of ordering a product and basically setting up delivery. Thanks again patio enclosures for your professional response to our needs and I'm going to go ahead and send it

  The whole team I have been dealing with has been nothing but phenomenal. From Ben Bost, Mike Mitchell, and Heather Montes. Ben did a wonderful job on the design. Mike has been a great rep to speak with when Ben was dealing with other projects. Heather has helped out with the logistics of everything and has been top notch. Customer service has been amazing dealing with these three, highly recommend this team.

  Not sure where to start except to say this is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. From the very beginning, there were issues. After the salesperson had come out, and we had agreed to the purchase, he then contacted us a day or so later stating he had made a mistake (a costly one) and his manager wanted us to split the difference. Yeah...that didn't happen. So, after some pleading and saying he was going to lose his job, his "manager" finally agreed to the agreed-upon price. Then, a week or so later, this company withdrew a large amount from our checking account without any notice whatsoever, which caused another issue. Luckily, the bank did not charge us an overdraft fee. However now, and this is the big one for me...when our room was delivered and set up, the door was too short, so we were left with a patio and no door. One month later, on 10/31/2025, they came to install the new door. Unfortunately, it was too short! My husband, who is handy, spoke with the installer and offered to help make the door fit (I don't know what he was going to do, as I am very unhandy), but the installer said he wasn't allowed, which I understand. We contacted the local office right away and they were very apologetic, assuring us that they were doing everything they could to get a new door out to us ASAP. It's now 11/11/2025, which may not seem like such a long time, however it should have been installed at the very beginning of October, and my husband is no longer even receiving replies to his emails. Thanksgiving is in almost 2 weeks, and we are having a house full of people, with no place to put them. I called corporate today, as a last-ditch effort, however they said they could not help. I don't understand why, but they said they would have someone from the local office call me. Very surprisingly, I did receive a call back, only to be told the door could be delivered the day AFTER Thanksgiving, and as they only receive shipments once a month, absolutely nothing can be done any sooner. Buyer beware!!!!
