  Our tech Mitchell was great, diagnosed problem right away, was able to locate a part and order it to be installed in a day or two. Gave us a quote before ordering the part so no surprises. Very quick and friendly service as always.

  Our furnace quit working during one of the most extreme cold spells in January. We called Rich at Hohler Furnace and Sheet Metal Inc. for a service call. They came that same day, which was on a Friday, determining that our furnace needed to be replaced (it was quite old). They immediately brought supplemental heaters, and scheduled the new furnace installation. This was completed early on Saturday. The team was efficient, answering questions we had, they were kind, and went above and beyond to calm my fears and come to help on a Saturday. We are extremely satisfied ( and warm) and will definitely call them again!
