- ADApril DeJesusAug 27, 20251.0I went to Jamie'scarpet in Sandusky for carpet for my stairs. Was sold way more carpet than I needed as they measured the stairs after I purchased the roll of carpet. I asked if they gave a military discount and the lady said yes. She said she applied it and never did . I was charged for tack strips which they should of used on my stairs and never did. They took thebeasy way out.Customers service there is horrible. I called back to talk to the owner and told him all my concerns and that I was not happy I was overcharged and his reply was "what do you want me to do"? And his comment to me about Jeff was it for me. I will never go back there to purchase carpet.
