Technicians are always top notch and I can’t say I’ve ever felt they were trying to pressure me, upsell me, or press for a sale — even in situations where they very easily could have pressured me and, probably, successfully. Just really competent, thorough, and efficient service. Special shoutouts to Mitchell and Jason who have gone the extra mile in helping to resolve a tricky problem for me at my parent’s condo. I sleep well knowing Hohler is standing by!
