So thankful for Randy and his friendly customer service and knowledge! He let me ask a lot of questions as a first time homeowner and even taught me how and when to change my furnace filter. After a very cold morning waking up to my furnace not working, he was the saving grace to make the day better and give me peace of mind. I also recommend the annual maintenance plan. Thank you Randy!!

He let me know what the issue was and quoted me the cost after contacting a place for the part was needed. The service was fast, fair, and honest. I will be utilizing them in the future.
- TBTom BrennanNov 4, 20255.0Fast service, total replacement of the furnace, technician looked at it and determined it was to bad and needed to be replaced, Richard Hohler was there in a couple hours, we talked about replacement a decided on new furnace, 3 days later 2 technicians installed the new furnace in 4 hours, amazing, they were very nolagable and we are very happy with Hohlers professional service. Thank You

I hope they don't get any municipality work across Ohio. They want to push us back another month cause they have more pressing matters. There a joke. What ever happen to fist come first serve
