  i’ve used Gundlach for our heating and air-conditioning at our Marblehead condo for about six years now, and have been pleased with the service by each of the technicians that have provided semi annual inspections. In particular, I appreciate that when there are issues they tried diligently to develop a solution that is the most cost-effective remedy.

  We are a large facility with many commercial roof top units, refrigeration needs and ice machines. Over the last few months we had some complex issues that took patience and follow through to solve and Corey stuck with them all and saw them to completion.

  He was very professional and did a really good job fixing our furnace. I would highly recommend calling them for any problems for heating or cooling problems.
