  We had Squeaky Peak & Certified Restoration out in August for a full house wash and roof pressure/soft washing, and the results were honestly better than expected. From the start, the crew was professional, on time, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why—especially with the roof. They used the proper soft-wash method instead of blasting it, which immediately gave us peace of mind. Our roof looks years newer, and all the dark streaks and buildup are completely gone. The house washing was just as impressive. Siding, trim, and gutters all came out spotless without any damage. You can tell this team knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. They treated our home with care, cleaned up afterward, and made sure we were happy before they left.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Certified Restoration and Squeaky Peak. They did an outstanding job on my roof, house, and concrete cleaning — everything looks brand new. The team was professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. What really impressed me was the attention to detail, especially applying spider spray around the eaves and exterior, which has already made a big difference. My roof looks cleaner, the concrete is bright again, and the whole house has amazing curb appeal.
