  Dave, the salesman from Gordon Brothers was very informative. He performed tests on our water and explained everything very thoroughly. He is one of the best representatives of Gordon Brothers and a water company. I’ve been using a water softener for over 30 years and have never not once, had somebody talk to my husband and me about the details of how the water is softened and what is the best way we need to use a water softener. He was very funny and we couldn’t believe how much he told us about water. We will get our water softener in the middle of April and joined the water club. So far, everything is gone great!

  I was very happy with my visit from James. He called first to make sure I was available which gave me time to get the dogs outside. He was very professional, answered all questions and keep everything clean and neat. I highly recommend him over the last two techs that were sent here. Thank you James and good luck with the twins.

  James was our technician. He gave us a call when he was arriving and was on time. He checked the system, changed all the filters, drained the tank, changed tubes, and checked all the PH levels, It was a complete annual maintenance. James was courteous and professional. We appreciated the expertise of our technician.

  My serviceman, Corey, couldn't have been more knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. My equipment is over 15 years old and as he checked each part, he explained what it was for and why it needs replaced, thinking of ways he could save me as much expense as possible. I completely trust his expertise and his work ethics. It has been a great system but finally wore down. I'm very satisfied and thank him for being so kind and professional.

  We live in the Lake Milton area and our water has an extremely high TDS. We knew we wanted to proceed to the whole house RO system. We had 6 companies come and give their sales pitch. The only reason at this point this is a 4 star is that the sales pitch was a bit long and I am not a fan of if you get this contract signed now we will give you a discount. At the end of the day the equipment offer and having Rob the installer come out to review everything was what made us decide to use Gordon Brothers. I can safely say the install team that was sent was a great experience. Rob and his crew went above and beyond even with the interaction with our dog. Rob was never annoyed when I came to check on the work progress and always took time to explain exactly what he and his team were doing. I waited 1 month to write this review and I just want everyone who has a high TDS know, if you can, you want this system in your home. We have owned a total of 7 homes and we now have the best water that we have ever had. My son owns the home next door with the same problem and as soon as we can save up the money (not cheap) we plan to have the same system installed. I am planning on doing a 1 year review as well just on the system and the continued service. Starts generally are great, it is the follow through that really matters.
