From start to finish they kept me informed every step of the way, and their installation work was absolutely top notch. What truly impressed me was their customer service. I had a concern about a breaker on Christmas Eve and expected to simply leave a message since it wasn’t an emergency. Instead, they called me back within 30 minutes. To me, that level of care and responsiveness is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about Wesley Electric and the amazing team that does their installations. Highly recommend!

After several phone calls with Generac Corporation, I was informed they would not replace the battery warming pad due to the electrical outlet being installed incorrectly, they do not instruct companies to install it in the horizontal position to prevent this exact problem. Generac Corporation does not take responsibility for businesses installing items incorrectly
