  It had been raining all day and our power went out last night (it happens A LOT in our area because there are so many trees where we live) and our generator did not turn on as it should have. We called Wesley Electric, as they are our dealer (we purchased our Generac generator from this company) and we have a maintenance package with them. While it was frustrating that our whole home standby generator didn't work as expected (and we had just annual maintenance 5 days ago), Alex came out as soon as he could. Our power was restored prior to Alex getting to our home, so I called and left messages with Wesley Electric stating that whoever was on his way to service our generator could wait until daylight since it was no longer an urgent matter. Despite this, Alex still came out to our home the same evening — even though the weather was unpleasant — to troubleshoot and fix the problem (which was a bad battery)! We are very grateful that Wesley Electric followed through with servicing our generator asap on our behalf. We have had nothing but exceptional dealings with Wesley Electric and every single person who has helped us along the way. Every person we have ever dealt with has been incredibly conscientious, courteous and helpful. Thank you to Mike, Amanda, Carly, Alex, Travis, Ross and the rest of the team! We appreciate the stellar service you have and continue to provide us.

  Wesley Electric installed my Generac earlier this year, and I have nothing but great things to say about this company and Mike’s team. From start to finish they kept me informed every step of the way, and their installation work was absolutely top notch. What truly impressed me was their customer service. I had a concern about a breaker on Christmas Eve and expected to simply leave a message since it wasn’t an emergency. Instead, they called me back within 30 minutes. To me, that level of care and responsiveness is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about Wesley Electric and the amazing team that does their installations. Highly recommend!

  An update on my previous review. After several phone calls with Generac Corporation, I was informed they would not replace the battery warming pad due to the electrical outlet being installed incorrectly, they do not instruct companies to install it in the horizontal position to prevent this exact problem. Generac Corporation does not take responsibility for businesses installing items incorrectly

  I purchased a Generac generator from them after consulting with several companies. Mike, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service is top notch and the installers were awesome. If you are in the market for a generator, this is the company you’ll want to choose.
