  Mike happened to be in the neighborhood while I was dealing with the issue of a broken water service line. He stopped by to see what was going on and offered advice. I mentioned I was without water at that time. Mike took the time to drive back to my house late in the evening to get me an estimate for the line replacement and get me setup with running water again. I was really impressed with how much care he demonstrated and that he went above and beyond what I was expecting.

  I could not be happier with my decision to go with The Basement Doctor. Calling to set up the apartment was quick and easy. Sarah was very professional, thorough and informative. Charlie was fantastic with his inspection and quote, he was extremely transparent and great at explaining everything. The crew, Parker, Zachary and Javier, their hands must be made of magic because the transformation of our crawl space left me absolutely speechless which doesn’t happen often. Absolute night and day difference. I would get a text when they were on their way with ETA and throughout the week they were extremely courteous, professional with prompt and effective communication. I would give them more stars if I could! Thank you all so much!

  My mother had issues with her basement ongoing water damage and Basement Doctor was streets ahead of the other two options she was quoted. Almost 30K from Basement Authority with a pushy and lying salesman was the worst, and comparing that to the seven thousand it took for Basement Doctor to actually fix it is wild. The guys that came out, Mike Smith and his team, (Hunter, Sam, Alex, Jaron, and Rob) were great to deal with and got everything done in a single day, again comparing that to Authority who said it was a three day project just baffles how much better Basement Doctor was.

  My recent experience using Basement Doctor was exceptional. The crew, Kyle, Danny, and Rex were outstanding to work with. They worked tirelessly for a week, were timely with their arrival, as well as professional, patient and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions (and believe me, I had a lot of them!). I appreciated the respect they showed my home, and the cleanliness with which they left it. The supervisors, Scott and Rob were also extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable (like family) with the work that was being done. Lane’s initial inspections were thorough and he was the only contractor to address the drainage issues along with the basement repairs that I needed fixed. From start to finish, my experience with Basement Doctor was extremely professional and well worth the investment. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Basement Doctor for a job well done!

  Evan Roberts and his crew Zach w and Manny were very professional and considerate while doing my basement repair. I work from home and I never had any issues with interruptions during my work day. Evan always contacted every morning to let me know they were on there way and very prompt. I have a dog and they were considerate of that and made sure to not accidentally let her out during the day. If they did need to be noisy jackhammering and such Evan gave me advance notice so I could accommodate with my work.
