  Luke Standerell, our Project Manager, was professional smart clear and very knowledgeable. Luke thoroughly inspected the entire crawl space in exterior building perimeter to establish his project approach and solutions.. Luke walked us through his iPad presentations that were excellent in explaining the process of installation.the presentation options were well presented. Luke reviewed the payment options associated with the work. We have total confidence in his abilities and look forward to working with Luke and his installation team. We highly recommend Luke to all perspective clients. Luke is outstanding!

  Just wanted to say how happy I was with Charlie Murphy he came out and got my sump pump working on a Saturday morning after it quit working and flooded my basement he was so kind and helpful answering all my questions and communicating all future steps to take to keep my basement from flooding again he definitely went above and beyond called them because my grandparents always used this company as well so glad they are still the same company

  Kyle, Zach, Sam and Johnny came to my property and knocked out a sump pump install in no time! They were highly professional, efficient and paid great attention to detail of all aspects of the job. I also had the pleasure of working with Amber, Tracy, and John Hickey on the front end of the project. Everyone was top notch with great communication. I really appreciate the whole team that I worked with and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  The Basement Doctor team did a great job replacing a cracked cast iron sewer pipe with PVC in our 1920s home. Rob discovered a crack during pre-inspection for an upcoming basement wall and drainage project. Further investigation revealed multiple cracks and leaks in the pipe that ran inside the wall between the upstairs bathroom to the basement. Rob and Charlie worked with us to define and scope the problem. Rob and team completed the replacement with the least possible damage and worked collaboratively to solve some unexpected issues along the way.

  I had a fantastic experience with The Basement Doctor. Evan and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Evan made sure everything was explained clearly to me – always inquiring if I had any questions. Evan, along with Danny, Jonny, and Dalton completed the work remarkably fast given what the job entailed. And, considering they had to break up concrete, I was amazed at how clean they left the basement. They hung plastic sheets, carefully covered everything, and went above and beyond to keep dust off the surrounding areas. Beyond the quality and efficiency of their work, the entire crew was kind and respectful. That goes a long way in my book. I highly recommend The Basement Doctor and especially Evan and his team.
