  The main water line to my house broke in the midst of the snowstorm on 1/25/26. When I was made aware the next morning, Don Rhoades was the only one who was answering calls in the LEVEL 3 snow emergency and came out that afternoon and assessed the situation. He was able to start excavating and fix the broken water line the next morning. Being semi-invalid, Don was so kind, honest and courteous and put me at ease in a very stressful situation. I will have Don and Diamond Construction Services back out this spring to relocate my water spigot which also ruptured and put a battery back up system on my sump pump which was running every 30 seconds. Also thankful for the Licking Regional Water District staff who helped guide me thru this.

  I had an emergency water main line leak. Don came over that day and gave an estimate and started work a few days later. They were very professional and personable. He kept me updated throughout the work and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

  Wow. I have never found a more respectable man to work with. Don acts with integrity in all he does. He called us back, showed up when he said he would, did solid and thorough work, and is honestly just a very nice man to know. He works with his grandsons in this family business, and they came to replace our leaking water line. They did a great job and Don even took the time to flatten the ground with his excavator and offered to come back and fix it up more after the ground dried if we wanted him to. He offers a more than reasonable price, and we have already had him help us with other work we needed. He takes pride in what he does. He even told us, "I GET to do this for people." He truly cares. Such a relief to have someone we can actually depend on.

  Excellent work! Had a water service line leak and got an estimate the same day I called. He was able to come out quickly and repair the line without any issues. If you need work done quickly, he's your guy.
