They rescued me on cold day after I must have tripped the circuit in the furnace when changing the thermostat. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was worried about somebody being able to come out on short notice before the holiday. They showed concern for my situation, tried to resolve it with instructions over the phone. When that didn't work, the boss made a special trip to do the repair, which I don't think he normally does. Saved me a lot of stress and more cold nights!

These professionals are all-stars. We had our furnace die recently. It was over 20 years old so it was time. Branson diagnosed the issue and gave the old unit some love but it was past its life. We had a new unit in a couple of days. He and Frankie were on site on a Saturday to do the install. It took about 5 hours and we had heat! The new Comfortmaker unit is running quietly and efficiently. Thanks guys for great work. We really appreciate what you did for us.

Just purchased a new A/C system from Metro Comfort Systems. Jim and the entire team were true professionals. After installation, our new unit developed an issue. When I called in the problem, Jim was back on site that afternoon and began working the problem. He worked every angle through new parts to getting the manufacturer involved and did not stop until we were completely satisfied. Thanks Jim. We will continue to do all of our business thru Metro Comfort Systems because you care and proved it.
