Branson diagnosed the issue and gave the old unit some love but it was past its life. We had a new unit in a couple of days. He and Frankie were on site on a Saturday to do the install. It took about 5 hours and we had heat! The new Comfortmaker unit is running quietly and efficiently. Thanks guys for great work. We really appreciate what you did for us.

Jim F arrived by noon the following day and was super friendly. It ended up being a bad capacitor. He didn’t try to upsell me at all and even checked the refrigerant and cleaned the coils. Would highly recommend to all neighbors in the area. I will be using them again in the future.

With two kids, an old German Sheppard and a stressed out mom whose husband is deployed, Jim came to our rescue!! Polite, knowledgeable, quick and extremely fair priced!! They didn’t try to sell me a new unit right out of the gate- but wanted to get us working and out of our misery as quick as possible! I highly recommend Metro, Jim and their entire team!
