- MGMoni GuptaOct 30, 20241.0Worst builder in the town is Rockford. Cheapest quality products and rude construction manager , crooked sales rep and zero customer support. I & four of my friends built homes with them in Olentangy and Jerome area but experiences are quite terrible. They left broken windows and doors. One construction manager his name is Ty , he asked to just go for the closing during the closing day and said we will fix these issues and after closing he just ghosted on us. Don't go with them. They are scammers !! Well trained to eat your money and not justify any values. I know minimum 10 homeowners who are having regrets that they built houses with Rockford homes. HVAC needs to be fixed. Countertops needs to be changed as they are broken. paint needs to be done well as they left it very raw everywhere. Landscaping has to performed as they damaged it while building the pathways. Door knobs needs to be fixed well. Toilet seats are not installed correctly. Basement and Garage cracks needs to be fixed not overlooked. Curtain rods needs to be fixed which they left broken. Stair case railing is fixed like it can come anytime and dangerous in the house with kids,not sure why they are so amateur to leave it like this.
