  Brandon did a wonderful job meeting with us and designing our Tuff Shed. It was finished in one day and now we can enjoy it for years to come. If you’re interested in having a shed installed, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Brandon and have him design a shed for you. Well done Tuff Shed!

  We had shopped for sheds for months before settling for Tuff Shed. Their office was a mile from us and Steve was very knowledgeable and prompt. We filled in the paperwork at the office and after coming home to verify our color choice, we signed the papers electronically, gave them our visa number and got multiple emails to confirm our building. Their system was great with sending emails for scheduling and payment. We knew when they would arrive and they just charged my visa without me having to call in again. It was a very smooth transaction. The shed showed up on the expected day and the crew knew exactly what needed to be done. The shed was exactly as we ordered and they had it assembled in about 5 hours. I would recommend Tuff Shed again. After getting our shed in place, Jerome Township Engineering Office contacted us to complain about the placement of our shed. It was too close to the house and had to be moved out. I called Tuff Shed and they were willing to come out and move it for us. I think this was above and beyond what they normally do, but they scheduled the move and charged me a nominal fee to do it. It took about an hour to get it moved and they were great to work with. Many thanks to the Cleveland operations team, they are the best.

  Update even with the issues getting my shed completed Tuff Shed did complete. I really love the shed, Good Quality shed and I am very happy with it. Thanks Carl District Manager for making everything right. Update: This update is for the Corporate Manager. Purchased shed in June and it is now September and my shed is not completed . If I do not have my roof reinstalled correctly and vents installed my next step is to file a complaint with Homedepot Corporate office,, BBB and Ohio AG office.. so whom every wishes to reply to this review can provided me with a number of a person that can correct the issues. Dont reply its not your problem your location was credited the sale. very happy with my shed...everything went as scheduled. Austin and Jeremy arrived on time, was up front and honest. Installation was professional and fast. I was looking for a nice shed for my back yard and this was worked very well. Thank you I appreciate my shed.
