On Wednesday said city would come between 1 and 3:30 to shut water off no one came. Called next day girl said she had trouble getting hold of city. Gee lies there. So Called and canceled girl got smart told us not to call again. We called Korect they came shut water off outside fixed everything 1st day.

When she was speaking to them, the call was dropped.(Do to a Spectrum issues.) When she called back to apologize and finish the conversation. She was told not ever call again and her business was not welcome. Even though she has stated and told other they do excellent work and are very good at what they do. Her business will not be welcomed. I understand why the person on the other line was upset. But upsetting an 81 year old, who is having phone issues. Is really uncalled for.
