  Justin completed our HVAC maintenance, and Jacob and Christian handled the duct cleaning. They all did an excellent job! Justin even went above and beyond by moving a box on our furnace to make accessing and changing the filter much easier for us. They were respectful, polite, and very professional. This is a company I truly feel I can trust honest, thorough, and not looking to take advantage of anyone. Highly recommend!

  Justin was our HVAC repairman today and was great to work with. Arrived early maximizing his time in the field and communicated the details of our situation in layman’s terms. He sent pictures before and after the job to show what was completed. Great employee to have on their team. Support staff and scheduling team we great too. Got us an appointment quickly and followed up next day as we needed another visit. Overall, great experience. Thanks

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ryland and Jacob from Rick’s HVAC were fantastic! They installed a new AC unit at my home and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was done efficiently with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. They were also very respectful of my home and cleaned up completely when they were finished. It’s hard to find service this good—highly recommend Ryland and Jacob if you need HVAC work done!

  Purchased the very affordable Furnace & AC maitenance package without pressure to do so and my technician Ted Cole was out the very next morning to fine tune my AC unit before summer hits. From the first call with Ms.Lisa to Mr.Cole’s visit, everything has been extremely pleasant, efficient and affordable. It is very hard to find a business that you can trust and one that has knowledgeable employees that make the effort to be kind and helpful. I will refer everyone to Rick’s Affordable Heating & Cooling!
