If a problem arose they kept me informed throughout the total process. Poor guys even had to get on my roof and freezing temperatures and didn't complain one time. They cleaned up their mess when they were done took the old furnace with them . I was very impressed with their professionalism. When the weather is like it was yesterday, my back door lock freezes and I can't shut the door. One of must have been messing with it. And when they left and I shut the door it locked perfectly. I don't know which one did it no one took credit for it but whoever did thank you so much. These guys went above and beyond and I'm so glad I came across Rick's affordable heating and cooling. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Bravo boys job well done thank you
