  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Rick’s Affordable Heating and Cooling! Ian was incredibly informative and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood our options. He installed a brand new Honeywell Elite Pro S1200 thermostat. What really stood out was his dedication—he showed up after 5pm, and even the next morning and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find that kind of commitment and customer service these days. Highly recommend Rick’s Affordable Heating and Cooling for anyone needing honest, reliable HVAC work!

  I purchased a furnace and AC.Christian Yarger was one of three they sent. Ì had no heat except portable heaters. The got to me right away. Very professional and friendly. If you need furnace or AC repair or new. Give them a call you won't be sorry.Dylan Myers and Jesse Latea excellent job too!

  Your technician Jacob showed up on time, introduced himself, and went right to work. He answered all my questions and was efficient in his clean out of my dryer vent. Jacob had a great personality, was knowledgeable, and was great to work with!

  From the service call on a Saturday by Justin, who gave us multiple options to consider for our non-functioning (old) furnace to the new furnace installed by Rueben and Riley that very next Monday, I can’t recommend this business enough! Their employees were professional and efficient. The company’s estimate, billing and financing options were easy to work with. Highly recommend Rick’s!!

  Last week, left a message through Google to get a quote for my furnace that stopped working on Saturday, Jan 31st (possible variety of reasons, thing is a beast from the 80s). Didn’t expect a response until Monday. Got one later that day from Rick stating he was the owner, and wanted to set up a time to call and get an appointment for a quote the next day, Sunday Feb 1st. I told him anytime after 10am, since I work nights, and would be home and awake after then. He said that works and to have a good night. Received no call the next day, despite slightly ruining my sleep schedule to do so. Left another message through Google that I was concerned I hadn’t received any call or update despite being told I’d get one. Never received another message, nor did I ever get a call. Would give a more accurate rating of zero stars for no service, but have to give at least one to make a review.
