I've had at least 2 other HVAC companies tell me that there is really nothing that could be done about it. DK came in and offered the simple solution of replacing the main large round metal duct with a more flexible coil duct that wouldn't sound so loud. The difference is AMAZING and what they charged me was reasonable and well worth the cost! I wish I would have called them 3 years ago!
