  I don't write to many reviews but was compelled to with the outstanding service provided by K&K. I called to set up an appointment early Thursday morning and by mid morning Thursday they sent out service rep. (Kyle) to access the situation and give us an estimate on a furnace replacement. Kyle was very thorough and knowledgeable on all questions asked and more. There wasn't any strong arm tactics and no une expected services added, he was straight forward and honest and all final decisions were left up to me. Was very happy with the price which led me to discuss and eventually go with a additional ac unit which Kyle was also very knowledgeable on. The following Monday morning techs Bryan and Knicks arrived punctual and on time. All work performed by these two gentlemen was exceptional. The removal of my 1950's niagra deluxe, the install of the furnace and ac completed in less than a day and a half. My wife and I could not be happier with the work and service provided by this company. Good work K&K!

  In my line of work across the Westside, I see a lot of contractors, but Keith at K and K Heating and Cooling is in a league of his own. He recently replaced our furnace in Rocky River, and the entire process was fast, professional, and perfectly executed.
