I have K & K clean and inspect the boiler every year so that there will be no problems when the temperatures drop. Gilbert worked quickly -- he was finished in under an hour. He added photos to the emailed invoice so I would have a record of this year's inspection. He also mentioned keeping an eye on my mini-splits (K & K installed 4 two years ago) and I appreciated the heads up and what to look for so there are no issues in the future. Thanks Gilbert! An A+ experience!
