  What a great outfit. Two salesmen came to conduct our estimate. None of the big name song and dance. The price they named (which was awesome) was the price - no discount for insane reasons. They even pointed out where tempered glass was required by code. Very professional. Zero - and I MEAN zero pressure, no calling the boss or arbitrary deadlines on the price. The same men that came to show us and estimate the windows were there to install them with their men. They showed up on time and went right to work. I heard them measuring things to the 1/16" - they were tenacious in their installation - making sure it was right. Really - don't call anyone else. Save yourself hours of canned presentations and over hyped features. Instead call Shoreline once and get the job done right and an incredibly reasonable price.

  We needed to replace the original windows in our home and sought out quotes from multiple companies (chains, local, big & small). We decided to move forward with Shoreline due to the time they took reviewing options (quality & options vs our budget), as well as their reputation for quality work. We especially liked the low pressure consult vs high pressure gimmick promotions from some others. Job was ordered & leadtime was reasonable. The work was done during cold weather & they took time to work room by room instead of opening up the whole house to the elements. They take pride in their work & it shows in the finished product. We couldn't be more please with the new windows & slider they installed. Brad & Chris were a pleasure to work with, we highly recommend them.

  Brad and Chris were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had some hideous windows on our front porch. Emphasis on the word "had" because after Brad and Chris with Shoreline were done, it looked like a reveal from an HGTV Show.

  I am very happy with the service they provided. They came out quickly to provide am estimate, explained all of our options and their pricing was very fair (we got 3 estimates). I needed the windows to be completed in a tight timeframe as we had a large party planned. They promised to have them completed in time and they exceeded our expectations by over a week! When they came for the install they were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. These are kind, genuine people and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Will absolutely use them again when we do the balance of our home.
