They were prompt and efficient and clean up after themselves. This is second year I have had Kobella on subscription which saves on calls and discounts repairs. Service has been good. From Justin, that came out to give us our initial quote, to our installation, everyone notified us before they came, showed up on time and were very professional.The Work area was neat and clean when they left And they were very courteous of our home. - DPDonn PardoughDec 18, 20255.0Jeff came out today and installed a new thermostat and worked with me to hook the thermostat up to our WiFi and download and stall the corresponding phone app. The temperature in our home already feels better. Will need to monitor and possibly adjust the running temps, humidifier setting, and open or close registers to make sure all rooms have comfortable temperature. He also performed furnace maintenance. Very please with his professionalism.
- BOBob OblockiDec 17, 20255.0Homer J replaced our Sump Pump discharge piping with new PVC discharge piping and tied it to the existing discharge pipe outside. He also added a new check valve. This was new work that he recommended after correcting the initial emergency call problem when a fitting came loose and caused a water problem with our sump pump. Homer was great to work with and explained various options for our consideration. He was courteous, efficient, and explained things well.
