First of all i was fine with the initial wait for the windows to be made . The issue started when 5 out of the 10 windows were made wrong at the factory and we had to wait an additional 9 days for them to be installed. There were adjustments that had to be made to every window on site. Then we started to notice if we put a window up the top section would move down and there is not screen behind it. When we called the office Tammy said it was normal. Trust me it is not normal. The installer was just there again today to adjust every window to make sure it stays up. I would say do your homework before investing in their windows its simply not worth the headache. My daughter is going with universal windows direct you may want to take a look there. I will never use window world again and would advise anyone thinking about using them to look around first.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
