- ERElizabeth RockAug 27, 20191.0Poor communication and unprofessional. Phone Calls were never returned, "contact us" thru website was never answered. Wasted 8 months waiting for them to come out after repeated in person requests to come out and give an estimate for a project, only to be told after sitting in the office to wait that "they are too busy." If I did that in my business, I would have no business. Go elsewhere! Wanted to use a local business, but do not recommend this.
