I might add the original equipment company that instaled the furnace refused to secure part ahead of service call even though it was obvious the failed part. Thank you Wojos for your great team. - LFLin FJan 2, 20263.0Yes they got the job done, that I am satisfied with. However, I was charged for 8 hours of labor. The 2 men who showed up were on site for 5 and a half hours max. And WoJos is approx 30 min. from my home. Even with travel time, I was over charged for labor. I called them out on it I was told it was for the time it took to pack and unpack there truck. I call BULL. I feel taken advantage of. So be weary people.
