  As we have come to expect, on time, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We never call anyone else…why would we, the best is right here in North Royalton!

  We had been having issues with our old furnace (20yr old) furnace for a month, we had the service guy who usually worked on it out multiple times, it would work for several days maybe a week then start acting up. Well it was a Friday afternoon (bad time for furnace to out) and he's not calling me back for hours then finally I get a hold of him he says he can't come, that we should call Len's cause they know Trane (why he didnt suggest that long time ago IDK) anyhow Len's comes out Monday says it needs to be replaced and Thursday, they replaced it. Over-all Great experience.

  Unfortunately this company has gone down the crapper. The first time I used them for my condo in Parma Heights the serviceman did a fantastic job. I used them again at my business and the serviceman was very good. Since then I called them about two jobs, and both were regarding AC units that were in need. They said that they would return my call with an estimate, and they never did. They didn't like the difficulty of servicing the units, so instead of a phone call to explain their reluctance, they just decided to ignore me. I waited and waited for them to get back to me, and why shouldn't they? I had given them good business up until that point. They lack the simple social and business skills that exhibits courtesy and client report to explain that they did not have anybody on staff willing to go roof-top to work on a unit. Do it one time, it's forgivable, but twice, it shows low-brow business skills. I never will call them again. You shouldn't either.

  Len’s came highly recommended to us by multiple family members. We were looking to replace our a/c and furnace since they were old and the furnace wasn’t able to be used due to a leak. Called Len’s and they came out same day to give us an estimate! They worked so quickly and came back out 2 days later to take final measurements. I was informed that they have to receive the materials first before the schedule to come and install, however, they were able to get us in the following week for our install. Which was greatly appreciated since we could not use our heat!! When they came to install everyone was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I was told they would be here all day and they were done by 2:30pm. All the work that was done looks great (even better than how it was before) and they took time to explain everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEN’S

  Len's went out of their way to ship in the Trane unit we wanted. Scheduled in April and installed unit as promised. The technicians after install never started it up bc it was still cold out. As the temp increased our Trane is working fantastically. Techs came out to ensure the refrigerant was at the level prescribed. Happy we have the correct tonage for our home. To keep comfortable and keep the humidity in check, don't get one that's too large that will keep going on and off. Thanks Len and team.
