The first technician arrived right on time and communicated clearly with an accurate ETA, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the service itself took a turn and became a pretty stressful experience. However, when I contacted Roto-Rooter while the technician was still onsite, they responded immediately. Supervisor Aaron came out and was absolutely phenomenal—he addressed the situation quickly, professionally, and with a sense of urgency that made a huge difference. Also, apologies to Faith at the call center—I know I probably wasn’t the easiest customer in that moment, but she handled things as best as possible under the circumstances. The restoration team followed up promptly, were extremely thorough, and did a fantastic job cleaning everything up. While the situation itself was stressful, the way it was handled—especially by Aaron and the restoration team—really stood out. Because of that, I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
