    I want to start out saying I was in the trades over 4 decades and worked around every contractor there is commercial and residential and want to reach out to to anyone in a emergency with hvac or or boiler water tank humidifier and or service I started calling companies I have used in my past because of a good experience with them and I had rentals that always needed something to do with a hvac company's and even electrical work so my furnace died on me around 9:30 at night in 4 degrees and being a contractor myself I didn’t panic but told wife put a extra blanket on bed and all I can do is call around 8:00 am in the morning most company’s I called I had to leave a message so I did and everyone called me back but everybody gave me bad news that they were slammed booked for at least two days or possibly three and the service call was a little pricey just to tell me what would be wrong with my furnace well quality said the same that they were slammed busy but will fit me in the same day because they new I was calling a sos to them and Cody was the service technician that would be coming out but couldn’t give me a exact time but promised he would be there if it was on his way home and call me on his way and only a 100 dollar service call that I could use in the service call to do a repair he showed up and explain that it’s time to replace furnace and I said wouldn’t it be smart to do everything because it came with the house 28 years ago and he was honest with me and said yes but you don’t have to do everything you’re furnace can be fixed but buying a new furnace would be smart and not trying to push everything on me not knowing what we could afford so I said you sound honest and I have did my homework already and they were really reasonable for everything and came the same week with a awesome crew can say enough about my experience with Daren ,Ryan ,and Paul they were very professional and very precise A+ top knotch crew and made sure my home was a priority and professional installation and made sure my house walls and floors and doors were not damaged just precision work so during the end of the install Reed the owner showed up and looked over everything and sat with me a little while programming my thermostat and talking like we new each other for ever and told me he was a marine veteran and I like him even more after he said that to me because I will always support our veterans and firefighters and police but being a veteran I understand why he has a great team under his business he has integrity and is very polite and a very humble guy with great customer skills and a great boss but I want a future customer to know it starts in the office is we’re the coordinations starts the office staff is probably the most important part of the job it doesn’t matter who you talk to from Erica to Raven to Shannon to the owner Reed or Andrea and don’t want to leave Fred out great service technician as well as Josh he is the last person out to put gauges on everything to make sure everything was working by specs and went over everything thing on every part of the job with gauges and just also so professional and not to forget Shawn he is the install manager and he makes sure that everything is done correctly and returns your call even if he is not working so impressed and not to forget Josh that does the final is a 20 year army veteran but showing pictures of the quality of the installation from a Veteran owned company to a very professional office that runs like a company should I’m so glad quality was my choice for my hvac needs and or electrical and water tanks A++ and thank you for such a nice job and very polite guys working at my house and the office making me feel like part of your family now so if you’re looking for a hvac or other things I explained read there reviews and they are 5.0 ratings and i’m a verified customer and so very happy and my wife wants to do her own survey as a contractor as a carpenter for over 4 decades you get what you pay for and quality goes further than that so happy 😀

    We hired Quality Heating & Cooling in an emergency. Our chimney was destroyed and we had no heat. We told their salesman we needed a heat pump that could heat our home through Ohio winters and that we intended to repair the chimney to allow our oil furnace to serve as backup for extreme cold, below zero temperatures. We also wanted the system to qualify for the federal tax credit and utility incentive. We chose a heat pump over cheaper options like a pellet stove or mini split specifically because we were told it would qualify. Both alternatives would have also qualified and cost significantly less. They installed a RunTru by Trane 14 SEER, the cheapest unit in Trane's lineup. It could not heat below 30 degrees, let alone anywhere near zero. It did not qualify for any incentives, and required about a dozen return visits for installation defects including electrical damage, a destroyed blower board, and problems bad enough to void the manufacturer's warranty. When we tried to use their advertised "100% money back satisfaction guarantee," they sent us three successive legal agreements requiring us to never say anything about them to anyone, with a penalty of repaying the full $6,912.42 plus their attorney fees if we did. The terms weren't limited to online reviews. We would not have been allowed to discuss anything about the experience with family, friends, contractors, realtors, or anyone else. If another HVAC company came out to work on our system and noticed there used to be a heat pump, we couldn't even explain what happened. The terms were not only impossible to realistically abide by, but we believe they may violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act, a federal law that not only prohibits businesses from suppressing consumer reviews but makes it illegal to even offer such provisions. They only removed them after we identified the law and refused to sign. The owner also claimed the guarantee didn't apply because a checkbox wasn't checked on the contract, yet the paperwork they gave us advertised the guarantee and the salesman referred to it at signing. To their credit, Quality did ultimately fully refund us and remove the equipment, including an additional $500 to make up partially for the loss of tax credit and utility incentives. But this only happened after months of failed installations and what was likely thousands in legal fees on their part spent trying to silence us rather than just making it right. For the record, we had never left a review of Quality until now. We only feel compelled to do so because of their repeated demands that we not leave one. The irony is that if they had simply made this right from the beginning, this review would not exist. Quality claims over 1,500 five-star reviews and zero negative BBB complaints. Given that they tried to gag us three times, how many other customers signed similar agreements thinking they had no choice? If you received one, we encourage you to research the Consumer Review Fairness Act. You may find that those provisions are unenforceable and that it may have been illegal for them to even ask. They sold us the wrong system, installed it poorly, cost us $2,400 in permanently lost incentives, and tried to silence us when we asked them to make it right.

    The team that came to our house today for install was incredible. They were prompt...professional...and honestly genuinely friendly to be around while performing their jobs all day. They did a masterful job of putting things into place. And left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived-even after all the work they did. I woukd recommend them to anyone and everyone for their hvac needs! My kids and pets were even comfortable with their presence all day. That's not and easy feat to accomplish!

    I’m so glad we went with quality heating and cooling Donnie and Ryan where our installers today very professional prompt on time answered all of our questions you couldn’t ask for a better install team. They did a great installation did not make a mess and they walkedwalk us through our purchase made sure we answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend quality heating cooling if anyone wants to ask thanks again.

    We needed to replace our furnace, AC, and water heater due to their age, and chose Quality Heating and Cooling for the job. From start to finish, we were extremely impressed with their planning, project management, and overall execution. The team was transparent, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate.
