  Deionne handled my emotional breakdown so well. His communication was thorough and answered EVERY question I had with grace. I really appreciate him being so patient. I'm NOT thrilled with Rotorooters service on my property. The work previously done was supposed to alleviate the backing up of sewer, yet the sewer is still backing up and now I'm having to go through the process of service all over again. Not sure if insurance will cover it the second time around in less than a years time.

  Mark did a great job installing a new water heater for our house. No mess left behind. Roto-Rooter called/advised me they were running a little behind schedule the day of install, but all went well. I wouldn't hesitate to call RR again. The peace-of-mind of a guaranteed job & a trustworthy tech is well worth the price. Thank you!

  Was told there would be a technician arrive att a certain time. I did not get a courteous call to verify. When I called to verify I was told he will be arriving in 15 to 20 min. I had to call back an hour later to find out when he'd be arriving. The tech was not able to fix the problem as was suggested. He was able to put a temporary fix.

  Service was with a smile. They first sent out a guy to evaluate the problem & he gave details on how they would clean up the area. No other company has ever done this before. Let’s just say the regulars I had, are now fired & Roto-Rooter is now hired. The tech that actually did the job was also very polite and patient with me as I asked questions of another task, after completing the task at hand. He was very friendly, gave great suggestions, took the time out to email me additional information. I felt really comfortable and confident the job would get done correctly and in a good amount of time. Satisfied customer!

  Never. And I mean never would I recommended this company to my worst enemy. Told me they went through my pipes 100ft before they got stopped…. Stark county engineer confirmed my pipe is 45ft from their line…. Said they couldn’t see when they ran their camera because it was under water. Second company and the engineer both had no issue and found roots. Told me that it would be 18k to fix my issue because they’d had to tear up the street and determine what the actual issue was and replace. Engineer and second company confirmed that was not the case at all $800 root cut would fix our problems but would need maintained going forward. The engineer told me all of this for FREE. They work on commission so any sale is in their best interest and not yours. They work on scare tactics and fear. Brought in a mold guy to sell me his crap too, please shop local. They are legal crooks who give misinformation and prey on lack of knowledge and again scare tactics. The only positive since they didn’t “fix” my issue it was only $25 dollars today. I’m sure their response will be apologetic and try to defend them selves but I have all receipts, their quote, and at least 3 other well informed quotes from local and county plumbers and engineers. A shame they’ll be able to continue this type of operation just based on a name alone. Big business does not mean better business. Do Better
