- GWGary WhiteJul 5, 20252.0Glass Guru replaced a bedroom window. They had to do the install when we were out of town. We got back very late and when I checked the work in the morning, I stepped on a glass shard on the wooden floor. Upon inspection, there were several shards on the floor, and many on the window sill. There were even shards in the hallway outside the bedroom. Luckily I found the really large pieces of glass before anybody stepped on them. The window itself is fine, but the cleanup is shabby at best. I took photos and have waited 3 weeks for a response. Nothing. Not happy with the condition of our house after their work.

It took about 2 weeks for the glass to come in (not a big deal at all!) and he had it replaced in about 20 minutes I’m so happy I got to keep the door original to our house. We will be using glass guru for any future windows my children break on accident :)

The installer showed up without any heads-up or scheduling. He was great, but the office itself did not schedule an install date. Kinda weird.
