- KLKristin LoyJun 17, 20255.0We have had two calls in to Lem-Aire and both times the service and interactions have been amazing. Last year Micheal came out and fixed up a fuse/wire issue for us with same day service. Yesterday our fan motor was out on our A/C. Jim came out yesterday and diagnosed the issue and then today was able to get the new part installed and our home is back to running like normal. I received a prompt response to every contact and every question, and was met with kindness and knowledge in each instance. We will remain Lem-Aire loyal clients as long as we own a home in Heath! Thanks for the great work fella’s! If you need something fixed with your A/C or Furnace Lem-Aire should always be the first call in my opinion! 10/10 Service every time!

- CHCraig HartmanJan 21, 20201.0Atrocious service. Stated replacing a cracked heat exchanger would solve my lack of heat in my home. Heat exchanger was under warranty so I had them replace it to the tune of $700 dollars. Woke up on the middle of the night to a 30 degree house which is not ok when you have a 3 month old baby. Called them up again, Jim once again came out, stated that the pressure switches were bad, needed replace. approved the work, 273 dollars gone. Stayed at the house solo this time, boom, no heat over the night. Next up "Must be the board". Almost 1000 dollars and three weeks later I still had no heat. I would advise anyone to seek service elsewhere lest you fall victim to "one part at a time".
