It was determined that it was not due to undersized equipment, but head loss from the ducts. Instead of a costly and extensive duct rework; tech recommended an installation of Mini split with multiple zones. My upstairs temperatures are perfect with no significant changes to my electric bill. Phenomenal experience from a happy customer.
