  Over the wekend my rental developed a potentially catastrophic water supply line leak, and everything about my first experience using APEX was stellar. The ease of booking an appointment (which was days before two plumber friends could get me on their schedules), the short anticipated ETA window, the system of alerting the customer to APEX's arrival, and especially the on-site performance of the tech Jeremiah and his assistant Donny. These two were incredibly polite, efficient, detailed in assessing and documenting the problem, and even willing to let me handle some preliminary prepwork needed to access the source of the problem. They fixed the issue, recommended further remedial measures, provided quotes for those things, and totally sold me on the CareBear maintenance program. If I could give them ten stars here, I would.

  Martez was very knowledgeable, professional, he knew what he was talking about and gave me more information on how to take care of my home with extra items and products. I will definitely recommend him and APEX for work with anyone and for my family.

  Jon Jergens was so helpful, informative, and kind!!! Not only did he open our drains, he made sure our cats didn't escape!!! Which is HUGE for us, and trust. He explained what he saw and what was needed (for now and in the future, for our old drains). We appreciate his time, knowledge, and work!! Thank you, Jon!!!

  I would like to say i was stuck at work when he came out and ive had some bad experiances with companys comming out and trying to take advantage of my wife and scaring her into buying new things. This gentleman Abdullah Dawodi came out. Checked are electric and replaced an outler that was having issues. He treated my wife with respect and informed her well. This man is the ideal image of care and professionalism that every company should hold the standard this high. He showed her everything walked her throug it all and my kids were home too and he was awsome withh them. My kids like to be nosey when we have people over and he didnt show the slightest hint of annoyance. He engaged with them. I honestly didnt care the price of service with the care he gave. He made me belive that there are still people that care and do there job for more then just a job but a choice to help. I hope all those who use apex are able to get this gentman or that they use this as a learning opertunity to teach all there employees how to be.

  My home is 77 years old. Had a leg out. Called Apex. Nathan Toppings came to the rescue. He arrived as scheduled. Saw the problem right away. There were bad wires coming into the house going to the meter. Nathan also inspected the rest of the house which was not to today’s code. He went over all the issues and gave an estimate which I accepted. Nathan came back out on Saturday, worked diligently until well into evening so we could have power safely and heat. Polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions and concerns. Great experience. Thanks to Nathan! Update: Nathan came out the following Monday to start the complete rewire on my house. Was always on time and worked all day into the evening. Every day but Friday which was just finishing touches and a walk through. Nathan and Yusif were great. At times, was pretty difficult to get the thicker wired through but they did it! The job was completed when I was told. Nathan and Yusif did a great job replacing “everything “. Lights, sockets, switches breaker panel etc. All looks great and now I have peace of mind and feel safe. Would recommend these two men. Thanks again.
