Very thankful as it’s been so cold, and so close to Christmas, wasn’t sure if we’d be able to get parts ordered and repaired before then. Also really like that they send a text with a photo of your technician so you know who to expect! That’s very reassuring for a mom with kids! Austin was very patient and kind with my 3 year old son who wanted to know what was going on and wanted to help him. We’ve used them multiple times and never disappointed.
