- KTKyle TimothyJun 18, 20201.0TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Worst experience ever dealing with a rental company. Charged my debit card three times for the Rental. We were told the fees would be taken out after the rental was returned and only on hold but as soon as we signed the paper it took the fees out and also took an additional rental fee of the same price when we returned it. That’s not the worst part 3 days later we were charged again and are still trying to resolve the issue to getting our money back for the two additional rental fees when was supposed to be only one. On top of that the bobcat broke down two hours into using it and no way to get ahold of the rental store to get the machine fixed so it sat all weekend and put us out of work. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to so I could write this review. Terrible service! Biggest head ache ever!!
