They answered all of my questions and completed the project very quickly. I would rate my experience with 5 Star Plumbing as excellent. They were able to complete the installation within one day of contacting them. The communication process with 5 Star Plumbing is also excellent.

The confirmation email says to call the company number if it's urgent so I called the company around 9:15am on 4/6/26 trying to set up a consultation / installation with the Lowes ID. The woman who answered the phone started off with her own complaints saying "Well there's only 2 of us and we just got in the office an hour ago and we have about 30 requests to get through, and we have to go in the order they come in" She didn't even give me a moment to speak. I said fine, I'll find another company and I hung up. Terrible customer service. I didn't need to hear all that and truly don't care.
