  Kaleb and team were prompt, courteous and great at communicating the timeline, expectations, etc for a new toilet install. They did a great job cleaning up. This was my first experience with this company and I’ll look to use 5 Star Plumbing in the future!

  We purchased a new hot water heater through Lowe's who contracted 5 Star plumbing LLC to come out and install the hot water heater and they have been nothing short of AMAZING! They came out timely and installed the new hot water heater, took the old one away and left our home clean. Our installer Trey Applegarth was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We had a slight issue with inspection, but they came right out to fix it! A few months after install we heard a dripping noise inside of the hot water heater noticed something dripping onto the flame and a burning smell, I called them and explained what was happening and that I had shut the hot water heater off and Trey was back at our house within the hour to check it. He explained a few things to us and let us know the possibilities of what it might have been. He ensured us it was safe to use as the dripping had stopped and walked through everything with me. The lady who answers the phone is so polite and helpful. Everytime I have called, they always answer quickly and they are so kind. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. I promise you won't be disappointed!! We will definitely be using them in the future if we are in need of plumbing.

  Kyle came out today from 5 Star Plumbing to install a new commode. Kyle was here earl, he removed the old without any mess, installed the new in no time at all and ensured everything was working and the area was clean. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS SERVICE AND KYLE!!!! You need plumbing call 5 Star they are All Stars!

  Five Star Plumbing and their excellent technician Austin absolutely deserve a five-star rating! I went to Lowes for a new water heater and within a couple of hours Five Star reached out to me regarding replacement and installation. After some basic questions they were able to ascertain my needs and give me a very reasonable quote. They came out quickly and everything was done very professionally and CLEANLY. Austin was very pleasant, respectful of me and my home, and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

  I was really disappointed with my experience with 5 Star Plumbing. I had my water heater replaced under warranty by Lowe’s. They paired me with 5 Star to remove the old one and install the new one. I called on Thursday and they were booked until Monday. Over the weekend the shower head started leaking. I called early Monday to see if they could replace that while they were here. The person was very short with me and not helpful. Said the plumber had already left for the day and they weren’t sure if he get to it. Acted like I was bothering them. The plumber, Robert Bunker, was excellent. Good personality and exceptional service. I asked him about the shower and he said he could do it and checked his system and said $345. I said okay since I needed it fixed. It took him 15 minutes, but part of that was because of his exceptional ability. I called 5 Star the next day and asked if I should have been charged a trip charge since he was already there. This person was also very short and just said that’s the way we do it. So Robert is great, but they are expensive and staff is not cordial.
