- JWJan Weimertoday5.0Austin was on-time, very professional and extremely professional. He and Connor came together. Both of them are exceptional young people and represent your company well. Due to flooding from excessive rain the night before, my water heater installation had to be cancelled, and I will reschedule when the basement flooding issue is resolved. I will request these 2 young men to do that installation for me as I was very impressed by them. They recommended a battery back up for the sump pump, which I will definitely purchase; I want these two young men to do that job for me as well.

They provided a time window from 1230 to 430 pm and arrived within that timeframe. Trey, the experienced technician/plumber & his worker/plumber were professional and took time to explain what needed to be done. They answered all my questions. Their quote was more detailed than others. The job was completed efficiently and I felt confident in the quality of the work. The job took 1 1/2 hrs, they were able to leave the old hot water heater at our request because it was still dropping drops of rusty water. They will pick it up in a few weeks as arranged. The AO Smith natural gas hot water heater job cost about $2000 installed. It was more reasonably priced than others. I would definitely recommend them.

His service was fast but he did have to out and get something to complete the job. He was nice and polite. The price was very reasonable too. I give it an A+
