This time I had Randy install and configure an Ecobee thermostat after the Google Nest thermostat started giving me problems. I supplied the thermostat, and Randy supplied the skills to install this perfectly. 36 hours later, the thermostat rebooted/restarted, so I called Shelby and she immediately put me on the schedule again with Randy, but it was a couple of days out. Unit worked properly during this time. Randy called before coming out and we discussed what had happened. Turns out, I didn't need him to come back out since he had seen this before. No problems since then. Works flawlessly. I also have this company do the yearly maintenance on my HVAC system, once in the summer and once in the fall. Well written reports, everything is explained to me in terms that I understand, Randy talks to me not down to me. Couldn't be happier. My HVAC system is 10 years old. Used this company one day when we came home from grocery shopping and the house was cold. They were honest, quick and polite. Customers for life. You will not regret using this company. None of these skilled trades are cheap anymore, you're paying for the experience, knowledge and ability to get the job done right the first time. Don't shop on price alone unless you like throwing money away!

Even going above and beyond to find a company that has discontinued parts for our system.
